To complete your order and sumit your deposit, customers must complete the online cut sheet.
Each animal is roughly 500 – 600 pounds hanging weight.
Actual meat yield is approximately 70% and bone/fat is 35-40% of the hanging weight.
A side (or half) of beef is typically 200-300 pounds of meat.
Price is $7.25 / lb.
$350 deposit required in advance and remaining balance due at pick-up.
All orders must be picked up in mid-October to mid-November at the farm, located at 3410 Center Road, East Montpelier, VT.
